Kingfisher Cottage
Kingfisher Cottage has a modern feel with an open-plan kitchen and living space.
It sleeps up to five people in three bedrooms.
Outside is a seating area where you can relax and listen to the babbling water of the small stream that runs past.
Change-over day for Kingfisher Cottage is Saturday.

Red Kite Cottage
Red Kite is a semi-detached cottage, adjoining the owners' residence.
It sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms.
The kitchen looks out onto a private patio area and the woodland garden beyond.
Change-over day for Red Kite Cottage is Friday.

- Dogs are welcome
- No smoking inside the cottage.
Shared access to:
- Games room with free pool table, darts board and a selection of board games
- Laundry / drying room
- Outside seating areas
- Five acres of woodland garden including riverside walk
- Dog shower (available on request)
- High-chair and travel-cot (available on request, please bring your own cot linen).
What's Included
Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels included, we will also be happy to provide towels for your dog upon request.
Kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cooking utensils, and a dishwasher. A list of all items provided is available upon request.
The shared laundry area has a sink and washing machine, and a facility for overnight drying of clothes or outdoor gear.
Arrival and Departure Times
Holiday cottage will be ready any time after 4:00 pm on arrival day. On departure day, please vacate your cottage by 10:00 am (this is so that we may prepare the cottage for the following guests).
Outside of peak holiday periods we may be able to offer flexible arrival and departure days / times. Please call to enquire about details.
Want to Bring Your Dog?
We are delighted to accept bookings from guests with up to three well behaved dogs at no extra charge, however we do ask that owners:
- Do not leave their pets alone in the holiday cottage
- Do not allow dogs to go upstairs (each holiday cottage has a stair-gate fitted to facilitate this)
- Clean up after their pets (a dog poo bin is provided)
- Do not allow dogs to roam freely (neighbouring farmland is used for livestock grazing).
Within the owners' residence is an indoor dog shower which can be made available upon request. There is also an outside tap and hose which may be used if you would like to hose-down your dog after a muddy walk.
Other Useful Information
Access to the games room, laundry / drying room, outside seating areas and woodland gardens, is shared by residents of both holiday cottages. We ask that guests observe the opening times of the games room (nominally 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, although we reserve the right to vary this).
Each holiday cottage has a parking space large enough for two vehicles (parked one behind the other).
Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday cottages, games room or laundry area.
Due to our secluded valley location, mobile phone reception is poor (available networks include O2, E.E. and BT Mobile), however emergency calls may be made from the owners' residence upon request and free Wifi is available (please note that Wifi is not suitable for large downloads).
